ENTRY LEVEL BOX VAPORIZER
- Features: Digital Temperature Gauge, Handsfree Whip, Hardwood Construction, Glass Encased Ceramic Heating Rod.
- Warranty: 90 Day Manufacturer Warranty
The Vaporite Vaporizer is the best digital vaporizer in its price range. It is manufactured by Vaporite Inc and was introduced to the Vaporizer Market in 2007. The Vaporite Vaporizer is a whip-style vaporizer that allows for direct inhalation of vapors. The Vaporite is popular because of the digital control.
Some have argued that the digital control is not exact, however, others have pointed out that this doesn’t really matter. I believe that the taste from the Vaporite vaporizer is actually very good, comparable to more expensive vaporizers. However, with only a 90 day warranty, I would worry about this unit going out on me.

To the dude that said this puts Volcanos and other high priced units to shame: As an owner of this, Arizer and Volcano I have to totally disagree. Comparing this to either of those is like comparing a dysfunctional moped to a Ducati. True the moped will get you from A to B (with some tinkering and embarassment), but that’s not exactly the “riding experience”. After upgrading, this little guy collected so much dust I ended up giving it away.
In short, if you know you want to vaporize, which I highly recommend, then don’t waste money on this model. Do it right and I promise you won’t regret it. I only recommend this vaporizer if you’re a newbie at vaping and not sure you want to invest in a more expensive one, or if you just need to quit smoking ASAP and can’t afford a better model. All others need to fork over the cash for a real vaporizer! You can take my word for it and stop reading here or continue on to see why I say this.
This unit has a tendency to burn and smoke as opposed to vaporize, even with lower-than-ideal temperatures. After working forever to find a sweet spot temperature, the trick is to draw on the whip Very easily or risk pulling too much hot air which will then burn your herb. If this thing had a fan built in it would never work. You have to suck slow and then let it build back up before taking another toke. It’s a real drag to sit there and actually put in a ton of effort just to get it to hit right a few times.
The quality of the components actually isn’t bad at all. In fact it’s impressive considering the price. It’s the functionality where it lacks any real promise. It’s essentially a car cigarette lighter with a screen and a pyrex bowl on top. You can’t expect too much out of it. If you do buy this model then I would find it cheap.
Aside from this units pro’s and con’s you need to figure out if you even want to vaporize. This unit will definitely help you make up your mind on whether or not to upgrade to a $250+ model. Vaporizing isn’t for everybody, so anybody interested in vaporizing should buy one of these or sample somebody elses vaporizer to see if they like it. All vaporizers are much more time consuming that taking a flame to some herb and toking it up. Also, the effects of vaping vs smoking are quite different (I mean aside from the smokeless factor). Some people may be under the impression that vaporizing is a stronger, more intense effect. In my opinion it’s not any stronger, it’s just different… kind of like eating herbs vs smoking them. Effect-wise I’d actually say it’s an even cross between eating a little and smoking a little in the same session. And in my case I get no more headaches or junk feeling, so even a low quality batch of herbs can seem more like a kind one if you know what I mean. It also doesn’t smell nearly as strong. Hardly at all actually… you’d have to walk in to the room in order to tell anything was up.
Even with this lame model my lungs sure appreciated it. This was my first vaporizer and I haven’t had a hit of smoke in my lungs ever since and I love it. If your lungs hurt or you need to quit smoking then it doesn’t matter how much you spend or what model you get… just make sure you get it. Make the healthier change ASAP. I personally think everybody should get a vaporizer just to get away from smoking, and at this price nobody should still be smoking if they don’t want to be.

I ordered this vaporizer but decided that I didn’t really trust something made by the Chinese, that I would be inhaling heated gasses out of (I’ve read too many warnings about these containing lead in the heating element)… So I ordered the Easy Vape while this vaporizer was still in the mail.
I was going to return this vaporizer but fortunately for me, I have a friend that was willing to buy it off me. The instructions told me a lot about its workmanship… Every other word is misspelled. Additionally, it says right in the instructions that the digital display is not a temperature reading. This is just a number system assigned to the temp control.

I love my vaporite! I have had it for over a year and it works great. If you like to turn the bowl as you vape you may need to tighten the screws holding the heating element after a while.
I have knocked it off the table a countless number of times and it still works. The wooden box design is very strong.
The vaporite is not actually made in china. Though the components are, the assembly is in America.

I have had my vaporite solo for a year now and love it. Despite what some say, the unit is actually very durable, and more handsome than most 300$ + models. Provided the user remembers to turn the unit completley off between uses theres no reason this product wont last. Ive smoked out of 200$/300$ units many times, n to be honest haven’t noticed much of a difference.
