Replace the air filter on the bottom, the volcano comes with an extra. If that doesn't fix it S&B has a repair facility in oakland california you can ship to for warranty repair.

So my volcano is taking longer and longer to fill each time, a minute these days to fill a bag, so where can I take my unit to get it working properly again? Thanks-

There are many vaporizers available today but everyone knows the best is the volcano but look what your buying. No tubes, no glass bulbs, just a nice efficient delivery system that is very easy to clean and super durable. Even the parts that wear out with normal use last a really long time. When you do need to replace the normal wear parts and you run out of the extra supply they give you, its very easy to find these parts, just walk into your local smoke shop and say you need screens or whatever for your volcano and they know exactly what you mean, no misfit parts, and ..... they are inexpensive, like $8 for a bunch of screens!

The vaporizer warms up quickly, 3-5 minutes for 385F. turn it on and go make yourself a cup of coffee. the bag fills up in about 20 seconds and the taste is just pure herb. Did I mention that you use A LOT less herb too? Also the vapor extracted hits stronger then hits from a pipe. Seriously, you will use about 50% less herb for the same, if not stronger effects. Depending on how much you use, this thing pays for its self in no time. Sure I still like a hit from a bong now and then but this is my go to choice for medicating, its so good, i only go to the bong pretty much for nostalgia sake.

I've had mine for almost 2 years. It's an amazing alternative to smoke and consistently a strong product. It has never failed and having used both, I believe the more expensive digital version is unnecessary. You'll want to get some sort of case to store it in. With proper care and maintenance, this thing will last a very long time! Do not be fooled by imitations, this is the real thing.

its worth it, and i work hard for the money just like u do. it increases potency, and a small amount of herb will go a long long way as u can reuse it 4-6 times. your lungs will thank you.
i use 365, the temp the product is set for on power up. its a bit of an artform, after all, your trying to vaporize it into a bag that's going to fill in maybe twenty five seconds or so, and you want to get it right at that vaping temperature without overdoing it. but its pretty easy to do. It gets down to heat it up, get your herb cut up fine and in the little screen holder rig, stick it on top of the volcano (it pops right on easily), start the fan, count to five so the heater temp has time to heat the herb, and slap on the bag. when the bag is filled shut off the fan. Make sure you pull the bag off the herb holder first. If you pull the herb holder and bag off together, a big wisp of mist will escape while you discover that the herb holder is holding open the valve in the bag.. just remember, pop the bag off first seperately, and the valve in the bag will snap shut.
AND the best thing is it quickly becomes ritualistic, which is good, because you may find the biggest problem with the vaporizor is that YOU like to smoke!! i'm not kidding.. getting yourself to switch to this thing will take a little coaxing. But this little device will gradually seduce you with all its benefits. and it probably is a good thing, that she sits on the counter and flips her skirt at you, seducing you slowly, because the increase in potency is sativa like in nature, ie, you can easily overdo it, and you have to understand the body sensations have been replaced with head sensations. if you have dirtweed, one or two smoked hits will produce the body sensation, and one vaped bag will produce a powerful head high. the dirt weed actually provides both indica and sativa highs, since the vaporizor will convert the CBsomthing or other to THC. Thus it is important to consider because things like driving become dangerous when one's mind is easily drawn into distractions and sudden spells of confusion. Sativa can produce great clarity in thinking, but you have to become deeply aware of it. Be careful stretching with yoga as you can go farther than usual one day and hurt yourself trying to go that far the next day.
The other great thing about this device is it is over in ten minutes.. but you're not tired. There's not much point in doing more, unless you want to stay home all day and hide. The lack of tiredness though is a great blessing. In some ways, its like being young and first discovering these things.

This thing is worth every penny.
Super easy to use.
Go digital with the solid valve IMO.
Be prepared to find this thing a home. It is not small and I found that using a tray helps keep all the gear you need to fully operate the Volcano.
I feel like an "uber" snob now. Gotta love German engineering. Well built and runs smooth. It is like having an AMG in the driveway.

I've got the classic, had it for about 6 months. After 20 years of smoking and constantly, clumsily breaking pipes, I said "F it" and got this bad boy. SO happy that I did, it's a whole new experience.

I have tested many different vaporizers too. i own a vapman for on the go. i have a volcano analog with solid valve and a buddha at home. the buddha is nice but sometimes it can happen that the herb starts burning. the volcano must be filled well to get the best out of him and if you do so you will be really kicked. a friend of mine has got the silver surfer which is much better than the buddha although the buddha is working the same way and is produced by the same company. another friend owns an aromed, which i can recommend too. it is very smooth and tasteful. the aromed was the first well working vaporizer and is also made in germany. there are many other vapos on the market that must be good as the vedamper or the vapezilla. but till know i also agree that the volcano is the best in efficiency and strenght. i love my volcano and will sell my buddha as i do not use it anymore. nothing makes me feel that nice as the volcano!

Having tried many other types, this one is simply the best by far. No comparison. You'll be glad you did.

I like to think that I have tried many substitutes before finally making the push and getting a Volcano, and I must say I will never look back.

The volcano is the BEST thing you could ever buy. The Volcano comes assembled and ready to use, it is made with the highest quality possible, and it even comes with a 3 year warranty.

The is the most effective system I have found, and nothing comes close to how well this works. There is no smoke involved, only vapors thus it lacks that tell-tale smell. The only smell you get is a aroma akin to Jiffy-Pop.

Over all I must say I could not be happier with my purchase, and would recommend this system to any one else who enjoys the finer things in life.

Leave it to the germans to put out such a wonderful product.

Don't need no bimmer or mercedez in my garage, I have the Volcano Digit Vaporizer with Easy Valve System, and I can and will enjoy it as much as any car ever produced.

What I am trying to say is that fellow reviewers across the board were all right when they said this Volcano is the real deal. Vapor oh Vapor, where you been all my life? I wish I would have known and acted on it earlier but it is never too late to enjoy superior delivery with almost none of the negative aspects.

Vapors are so much healthier than smoke and now with all these green initiatives going on around our ever so cool planet I see myself emerging as a conscientious and caring human being, just waiting for that faithful day when proper legalization of what needs to be made available to nice folks such as my friends and I arrives in full force.

For those who enjoy the kind and invigorating aromas and vapors such as what this capable machine can produce all I can say is: The Sky is the Limit and I mean that literally. What a sound investment and how nice it was delivered, how efficient and precise the parts all fit to create the ultimate hit. I am sold and bought for and it looks like this new relationship shall be a great one and who knows what tomorrow will bring in the form of wonderful smelling herbs

Happy Vapor Trails!
